Timing depends on the problem. Some repairs are same-day, while motherboard-level work can take 1–3 business days. We give you an estimate when you drop the console off.

All repairs come with a 15-day warranty covering parts and labor. Warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, or unauthorized modifications after service.

One Stop Tech Shop is not liable for data loss during service. Customers are advised to back up their data before bringing in devices. Maximum liability is limited to the cost of the service.
